AMD-Based Apple Notebook Is In The Works

According to an online source, components manufacturers are expecting some kind of union between AMD and Apple in the form of a notebook in the near future. No doubt, this is interesting news, especially since Intel and Apple have been riding high on the success of the Intel powered MacBook Pro's. Care to comment? Feel free to do so below...

I'd consider it after AMD makes a chip that can compete with the C2D lineup.

LOL @ Dell (and Apple, if this happens). They totally miss the boat with the Athlon64's, then as soon as something better comes out, suddenly they want to start offering AMDs. I guess the low end chips (mainly thinking single core) will make decent budget systems...
