hi guys
me and a few friends just downloaded folding at home and we put our team name as 98860 but we are unsure if our points are contributing? how can i find this out?
am i in the team?

There's also an option to search for your username there. Might be an easier way to find out, but I wouldn't know. I'm no expert

Just look for your username in the 98860 users list on EOC once 3-6 hours have passed after you see a 'FINISHED-UNIT' flag in your F@H client log

another quick question, if i shut down my pc will it save prgress on the current WU or will it start again?

If you stop the WU by clicking "Stop GPU0" or "Stop CPU" then close the program it will save it

It will restart from where it left off, but there is a certain dead line you have to meet for each WU e.g. You have an X number of days to complete a WU and if you don't complete it within the deadline the WU will be scrapped.
