Airflow advice with a NZXT Phantom

Well I have managed to get my case sorted, the only thing I am waiting on is the memory now so I figured it is best to get the ball rolling and see if I can add to or improve on the existing cooling setup.

The fans you can see in the picture are the standard ones, there are also 2 smaller fans located in the side panel and they line up over the 2 hard drive caddies towards the front of the case. The HSF is the Noctua NH-D14.

I was wondering whether or not it would be a good idea to get another 200mm fan to suck air in from the top and perhaps add an additional fan at the front of the case where the fixed hard drive caddie is located.

Also, I was gifted a Coolermaster Silent Pro M850 PSU so I will use that in the case, was kind of wondering which way round should I have it? Do I point the fan towards the floor pan where there is the fan hole and dust filter or do I point it towards the GPU's like I have seen so many other people do?

Hard drive fans shouldnt be used, they push the air from the front out the side of the case.

Just use the front fan and the side fan if you want.

Just buy some acrylic and some industrial tape an stick it over the mesh to make the fans useful. The 230mm fan spot should have been popped out of the side in similar fashion to the AZZA Hurrican 2000 (yes it doesn't have an e).

I am just going to avoid the phantom completely even though it one of the most amazing LOOKING cases I have seen.

NZXT needs to sell alternate side panels. $20 for a side window or a recessed fan position would be amazing. Considering the extra money still leaves the case VERY competitively priced.
