A andyc193 New member Jun 7, 2012 #1 the 120gb ocz agility 3 ssd is currently priced at about £73. Would it be worth upgrading to when my motherboard is only sata II, and would the speeds still be noticeably quicker than my 500gb mechanical hdd. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

G Goldskis45 New member Jun 7, 2012 #2 It would still be faster, but the full potential would be hindered... I would bet you would still double the speed of your mechanical HDD... If you had SATAIII probably 2.5-4X faster depending on how fast your HDD was...
