Here's mine.
I route the cables out the way as best as possible and try using ties and clips to get them to stay.
You might wanna consider some spiral wraps or looms like these:

Well, as for the PSU, friend is willing to lend me one of his extra. Still Raidmax, but he bought it so at least it isn't the crap you get with cases. Says he gets 12v rail of bout 11.8-11.9. Mine is 11.5-11.58 
. It'll only be temporary, still not sure what I'm gonna get but Ionicle says that OCZ ModStream 520W is good ($89 flat http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merc...&Product_Code=100162&Category_Code=ps-generic ) W/e, temp should be good for now, see what after Thanksgiving sales are like, iono

Huzzah! Got an Antec TruePower II 430W (will end up being $45) and slapped it in, and now it works! Woohoo!!!!
