Advise on my proposed build please

My current system:
Intel 3770k
GTX 780
32GB RAM
EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W

Obviously, despite this being a low-end build, this will be a huge upgrade for me, but any critique is still welcome.
The CPU is a little overkill, but that's because I almost always have Kodi open on a third monitor, and it's quite resource heavy.
I also do some modding inside UE5 and I know it will appreciate the additional CPU power.
I plan to try to use my existing PSU (don't think it will fit, though)
Any recommendations on fans (case comes with 0)? Do I need a hub? I want all the fans to match, and I don't want expensive fans, but I do want PWM ARGB fans.
The case supports: "Top: 2 x 120mm / 2 x 140mm Rear: 1 x 120mm Bottom: 3 x 120mm / 2 x 140mm"
Do I go all 120, or do I fit 140 where I can?
I live in England.

Here is an illustration of the case with a 140mm PSU:




Mine is 180mm, and since my GPU won't encroach into that area, it should be fine, right?
I'm guessing the dimension limit of 150mm they state assumes I'm installing a GPU longer than the motherboard.
Or am I missing something?

I wouldn't buy a 5060ti. I would either stump up a little extra for this.

I just built into one using a ITX board and a full size PSU.

And I could have used an even bigger one.
