Advice/tips for a water cooling newbie!

Hey all, greetings salutations and all that :P

Basically I've got this new rig and am wanting to pimp it out a bit.

So Ill post what's what and say what I'm planning/hoping to do with it.

InWIN BLACK DRAGON RIDER GAMING CASE
Core™i7 Quad Core Processor i7-3770K
ASUS® P8Z77-V LK
8GB KINGSTON HYPERX BEAST DUAL-DDR3 2400MHz
3GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 780
240GB INTEL® 520 SERIES SSD
1TB WD CAVIAR BLACK
CORSAIR 850W ENTHUSIAST SERIES™ TX850 V2-80 PLUS® BRONZE
Corsair H100i Hydro Series High Performance

So that's the setup I have, what I'm hoping to do with it is add water-cooling block to the 780 only. However I am unsure weather that would be possible/feasible with the H100i in there. Or would it just be easier to replace that with a CPU block as well, which I wouldn't really want to do, but if it is necessary then I'd likely do it if I want to go ahead with this little project.

Also I'm kind of clueless as to what bits I would need other than the specific block for the 780 ofc.

Thanks:)

first off, welcome to oc3d

so, the case you got doesn't look like it's that great for watercooling without a lot of modding
also, GPU only loops tend to look quite weird and i really am not a big fan of those, so imo do a full loop or don't do it at all

other bits you need:
- radiator(s)
- tubing
- fittings
- pump
- res
- coolant
(- sorry if i'm missing anything important, quite tired)

Ah ok, well if the case isn't up for water-cooling without me putting my butchers hat on then I'll probably best leave it as is then. Cheers m8 :)

8GB KINGSTON HYPERX BEAST DUAL-DDR3 2400MHz is working fine on that mobo?
