Adiction...

I say its perfectly fine. Why you ask? Cause i know somebody who drinks more than that daily with a straw. Perfect teeth and normal health. Its the stuff you consume around it like Alcohol.

That all depends really. You cant just arbitrarely get diabetes just becasue you drink alot of soda. My dad is 53, Diabetes is in the family, and he drank root beer almost all his life and still dosent have it. Its all paranoia imo. Oh, and he had his pancreas removed becasue it was cancerous in his early 20s. So, the thing that regulates insuline isnt there either.

BS - eating/drinking anything in total excess is bound to cause problems in some form or another. Heart desease/diabetes and many others, especially if there's no regular excercise involved. We haven't even mentioned the amount of caffiene in those cans...or artificial flavourings/colours. 10 cans a day is not healthy by any perception.

hmm

i could take a pic of the details on the side of the can and post, if anyone wants to go into more details about what does what and why, and other details etc?

i must admit, i am curious..

trust us ionicle that amount of Pepsi or any soft drink for that matter is not healthy. Moderation is the key and you ain't doing it. I'd limit myself to perhaps 1 a day if you really have to have the stuff
