I wouldn't trust it with the 45 quads.

Sposed to be ok with the duals, but personaly id take an intel chiped board over it any day.

there is also a 15 beta available, whilst they took their time with BIOS development it has turned out to be 1 of the better 680i mobos.

The best place to ask is the abit USA forums but from what I understand it will run 45nm quads OK but you aren't going to get much of an fsb overclock.

Hi,

I had this board (still for sale on ebay) with the newer firmware is was a lot betteri had version 1.4b on mine as the offical release caused problems.

this board always use to reboot on my every now and then (i noob to overclocking don't know much about it) maybe I missed out a setting like adjusting voltage.

anyway i changed it for a maximus extreme wanted a more user friendly overclocking board - but the abit forum is the best place for answers for abit boards and new beta firmwares.

but i must say so far abit board was a lot faster than my maximus with ddr3 may it still needs tuning (running at 3.3ghz with 1300Mhz ram so far)
