Then why not upgrade your mobo, and ram, take your old mobo and ram, buy the same 3000+, and put it in another case.
 
cos intel are better at usual tasks, and amd better @ gaming, and since i dont do much gaming i dont need another AMD also since i have never had an intel thats more than 233MHz, i wouldnt mind one to compare it to amd so i can give a balanced viewpoint about things like this
 
Ian that PC will use about 3x more power than your current rig, and will heat up your room quite a bit also.
 
Well Ian you have no choice. If you get a Intel, let alone a Prescott, you WILL need a new PSU.

What are you gonna dedicate the 350w for the CPU? ;)
