My 920 was getting toasty. I noticed that speedstep was overclocking it a bit, and that it was for some reason pushing the voltages close to that people have pushed it to like 3.8Ghz. Disabling this, my temps came down 
. However, I noticed the voltages still vary a bit. Is this normal? Can it be disabled? Also, what are normal idle/load temps for a reasonable aftermarket cooler?
Also, my ram is rated at 1.65v. I want to turn this down. However, CPU-z in SPD and timings table, Voltages reads 1.5V. Has my P6T auto set my ram to this? What value in the bios dictates this (I could use a decent guide to i7 bios values and overclocking).
