I'm in Iceland so it gets quite cool here during winter, since I recently watercooled my first rig I might fix my rad to my window this winter to keep things súpercooleven if it only gets down to like -20°C my current delta (core-room temp) is around 50°C with my 3930K at 4.4GHz at 100% 24h load so that would possibly mean a 30°C at 100% 4.4GHz
That would be awesome!
