990 version?

Is there ANY rumours of a 990 (like the 690 and Titan Z) being in the works? I would be interested for a mini itx build and yes - I know that 2 individual cards would be faster but ina mini itx build its not possible.

I would pick one up with a water block IF the price would be right like 1500 euros or so.

FuryX2

Is the only card im aware that is due, no rumors or news about a nVidia card

Maybe we could be lucky and get a good price on the FuryX2 as it seems the FuryX is not AS fast as the 980ti or the Titan X. I would guess that the FuryX2 would be around the 1400 euros mark or? Also if they would repeat the 295x2 then the Furyx2 would be 2 fully funccional FuryX - un like the Titan Z where they were downgraded.

Well if you wanted minimal performance hit without using a CLC or alternative cooling nVidia would be stuck with 2 of the 980s, as 2 980tis using a split cooler like from the titan Z and the GTX 690 wouldnt be the most pleasant thing in the world.

Technically a dual 970 model would be possible but it will all depend on the Fury nano (Fury X2 is likely to be a fury nano X2 or there abouts)

According to the "Rumors" and "Leaked" specs the Fury X2 will be 2 x fully enabled Fury X's.

If it is then I hope we see an insane price drop like we did with the 295X2 a few months after launch ^_^

THIS is what I am thinking - and hoping. What I am after is a powerfull card for a small mini itx build that have enough horsepower to carry a 34* 21/9 monitor.

After a lot of thought then I might swipe the card on a 21/9 monitor and I would need a good card to play good on it.

*Edit* All of this would be water cooled with custom loop - 2 x 240 rads - for cpu and the FuryX2 - its bare minimum but It will do - no more space for the size that i want. And I wont sacrifice more cooling for space.
