Yo guys,

Just been offered an inno3d 9800GX2 card for £160, just wondered what you guys think of the card?

Seems like a steal to me!!

Cheers!!

Dan

I have the Inno3D GX2 card and it is worth buying. It uses stock speeds and stock cooling but it overclocks well.

Cheers guys! Although think I'm gonna need to upgrade my rig to accomodate it??

Dont suppose its compatible with a DFI-Lanparty Sli-dr is it??

The Gx2 is a brilliant Card i been very happy with mine, i remember buying the 8800 GTX thinking it was going to be amazing etc but it never really done it for me so i got a GX2 and wow im just stunned at its performance :D

But i must say i have the EVGA 9800 GX2 which is a little bit overclocked upon purchace and when i try overclock their isnt really a performance gain,

I managed an OC of 790 core, 1200MHz on the memory and the shader was at 1975Mhz with watercooling.

With the benchies yes it it did improve them, but with the games, they run smooth enough without having to oc the CPU & GPU so I run at stock normally. I only bother oc'ing when I am benching.

ah ok i got in to crysis lately and thought i will overclock my system to try and run it a little smoother, Bumping up the Clocks on my GX2 made a difference of little to nothing, it was when i OC my CPU and ram i started to notice the smoother gaming!,

If your pc has high clocks your are definantly gnna like this card, If not then o well you are still gnna love the shizle out of it :yumyum: i just want to buy another one and run it Quad but heard their is no point cos it doesnt make a difference?
