8800gt Problems

For some reason my 8800gt has refused to fold for the past few days, it was folding at 1850 shader for a good 4-5 days giving me around reported 6k ppd tho it was actually more like 4k cause of gaming stoppages but still, no problems at all.

I then get a windows update reboot (forgot to turn them off

) and now it just wont work even at its stock 1675. I've already removed the entire gputracker folder and re added everything there yet that didnt fix it.

Heat isnt an issue as its not been above 60c with the fan locked at 60% like it allways has been.

Any pointers/ideas would be great.

Here is the error from the log if that helps at all.

What did it update? the windows update....

could indeed be a drivers conflict but depends on what it updated.....

Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2585542)

Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (KB2467173)

They were the updates the night it auto rebooted.

Ill give a fresh install of the driver a go tomorrow and reinstall my TIM aswell on my 970 as i bodged that up pretty badly giving me a 10-12c difference across the 6 cores

(well within safe max temps tho).

If all goes to plan ill have the gpu running again and my cpu clocked up to 4Ghz tomorrow evening.

Ill update how things go tomorow evening.
