8 slot cases

Will I need an 8 slot case to be able to SLI 2xGTX580's using an ASUS P67 Sabretooth mobo? I'm thinking of a Fractal ARC midi, which only has 7 slots.

Yea, I was waiting ages for a review on the Rv03. Problem is I've got St. Bernards and hair/dust is an issue, even hoovering everyday. The Rv03 had a great review, but has vents that are not filtered/open and dust would be a nightmare.

They don't fit on the odd size Rv03 vents. We're talking serious dust here

So you are looking for a 7+1 case, not an XL-ATX. Any particular budget?

Lancool K62 is a nice mid range case. (Filtered)

CoolerMaster Storm Enforcer, is you like a more aggressive look (Dust filtered, I think)

CoolerMaster CM 690 II comes both in nVidia or White (no dust filters)

Corsairs 600T & 650D

CM 690 II is dust filtered on the bottom and has a fine mesh on the front/top, and comes with an extra piece of mesh for the PSU, should you want it facing downwards.

No particular budget, other than it has to be worth it. The only reason I think I need an 8 slot case, is that I'm after the Sabretooth P67 board and want the option of SLI at a later date. Think I may need the 8th slot for the overhang of a 2nd GTX580. And yea, dust filtering options, standard or after market, are king here along with great cooling. I've been toying with water cooling. Although I'd love to find the excuse to H2O the rig, I just can't seem to justify it. Sandybridge runs very cool and water cooled GPU's don't seem to offer much higher performance over decent air cooled models. The Fractal Arc was top choice so far, but a 240mm 60mm thick rad just won't cut it.

How about Mountain Mods Pinnacle 24 has 10 pci and is a watercoolers dream,this is mine i polished the panels and sprayed the others matt black 5 coats over etch primer.

Well the DEMi Fleax Fan Filter system looks great. It does cover the Rv03 as that case has a vent which is pressed out and not flat, but thanks for the at info! They sell a kit for the 650D so that may be an option. I'd prefer a white case and can't have a massive case as have space limitations. The CM 690II had issues with a 2nd GPU hitting the PSU, although the Sabretooth uses PCIe slots 2 and 5, so it still may be an option.
