780i Insta Yellow and Blue light

I have a realy big problem rigth now!

HW:

Antec 1200

XFX nForce 780i

XFX GTX280 1GB

Curcial 2GB PC8500

Intel Core Duo E8500 3,16 GHz

North Q Black Magic 800W

Zalman CNPS9700 NT Ultra

Samsung SpinPoint F1 750GB

When i trying to start the computer. The PC don't response to the start up. On the mainboard, the blue light starts to light when i connecting the power supply. When i push the start button, the PC starts i 2 sec and getting shutdown again after 3 sec (All wires and connections are checked ). Then the yellow light and the blue light, show instant.

Blue light = Supply connected

Yellow light = Something 12V Connected

Blue light = 12V+ Connected I think

Dunno?!

I think its something with the CPU, but not sure. I haven't test non off the hardware jet. Because i'm not so leet skilled with PC componets and problems.

I'm not so good in English, so this is the best description in English i have atm. :S

Check if the memory is seated properly. If it is, then try everything in another system if you can.

The memory is property on place.

There doesn't really seem to be a problem. Check EVERYTHING, essentially rebuilding the whole system, to make sure that it is all done properly.

I know this will sound stupid, but even so, try fully resetting the CMOS (Power off, switch off, batery out, short the jumpers (or flick switch don't know on yours) and keep battery out for a couple of minutes. Sorry if this was a complete waste of time, but mine sometimes powers up for about 1/2 a second then switches off and won't respond to power button until capacitors are discharged
