Then I think upgrading the PSU would be a wise idea![]()
I love my Super Flower![]()
I have 2 980s, 2 D5s at full blast, 15 fans, 4 mechanical HDDs, tons of LEDs, etc, running off a Corsair AX750.yeah but i'll have 2 D5 pumps and almost 30 fans as well as other parts
I have 2 980s, 2 D5s at full blast, 15 fans, 4 mechanical HDDs, tons of LEDs, etc, running off a Corsair AX750.It's fine. According to my UPS, I barely draw 500W from the wall under full load. Of course, my PSU fan spins up more than it used to, but no issues yet (knock on wooden head).
Mildly. I'm running my 3820K at 4.3Ghz 24/7, GPUs are only OCed during benching / testing. But once I buy the Witcher 3, I might have to OC the GPUs since I'm running 4K now.is your setup overclocked at all?
I'd personally sell both 780's and pony up for a 980 Ti as you get nearly the same performance of a 780 SLI setup but much lower power draw and no multi GPU setup issues

4k? 980ti > AMD > Other Nvidia
OP get a GTX 980 Ti and if needed look to add a second later.
GTX 980s are not good @2160p and stutter a bit at the resolution. Even the old 290Xs are better @4k.
I think the best option for you then would be Crossfire 390x's since you want two cards and 4
As I've said before dude, the power draw.
they can draw up to 477w each card without overclocking
Sell the 780, Save up a little and get the 980 Ti![]()
if i do get one it'll have to be 2nd hand
You'll be waiting a while then, I doubt anyone will be selling a 980 Ti just yet seeing as it just came out.
a man can dream lol
that's why i'm looking at two 980's![]()
