Hi guys,
New to this forum so forgive me if a similar question has been asked before but basically im considering buying a second graphics card (hopefully a R9 280X), but not sure if my power supply will be able to hack it! Specs for my rig are,
Amd Fx8350 (planning to OC hopefully to around 4.8Ghz)
Asus sabertooth 990fx
2x8gb corsair vengeance pro ram @ 1866Mhz
Amd Radeon HD 7970 GHz edi from gigabyte
Samsung 840 pro 256GB SSD
2TB SSHD from Seagate
H100i w/4 fans and 3 fans in the case
Corsair CX750 ATX/EPS 80 plus bronze (no idea wat those abbreviations mean but hey!)
From experience does any1 reckon I shud b ok? Not plannin on OC the GPU's, the plan is to have a 7970 and r9 280X in CF so I can play UHD games wen I get a better monitor. Tried using some of the wattage calulators n they recommend more than 1000w which I think is a bit silly but im probably wrong. Anyway thanks for any help u can give guys much appreciated!
