580 Lighting SLI

If you have a spare 5 or 6 cm fan, set it up between two cards, so the air flow is parrallel to the cards horizontally , open the pci slot covers between the lightnings. The aim of this is to expel the heat straight away from the top card so it doesnt heat up the second card.

I did this when I ran my lightning extreme in an old case.

You really are pushing your luck running these cards at these temps.

BF3 doesn't warm up my 580 any more then other games, and bf3 is defo not as bad as f@h for temps
