£500 Budget (Advice)

Hey guys! So, Christmas is over, and I have collected a reasonable £500 ($793) to spend on a new rig. I want to use it for Video Editing and Gaming. I am happy to use the Power Supply (600w), HDD, and Case of my current build. I need a professionals advice on how I could get the most power out of my small budget.

NOTE: I'm interested in a red and black colour scheme with possible water cooling and overclocking.

Don't even think about watercooling on a £500 budget. Its like £250 to have a cpu+gpu loop.

The stell series 5hv2 is about 50 quid or the corsair 1300 . I've used both and they are both pretty good for 50 quid.
