4pin to 2x 4 pin and 1x3 pin Impossible

this fan spliter is got me confused it lists 1x 4pin female, 1x 3 pin female, 2x 4 pin male but i says you can run 2 4 pin fans and a 3 pin fan from one 4 pin header but my question is will i be able to run 2x 4 pin fans using this and how on earth can you run a another 3 pin fan off it when fans have the 3 pin female connector as well female to female doesn't work!

Is quite confusing. I'm guessing it means you could use it for 1x4pin and 1x3pin instead of 2x4pin, but that would be pointless as you could just use the original headers on the board

Edit: The 3 pin connector will fit in the 4 pin socket, as the bit of plastic that sticks up is in the same place on both. Still no idea how you could run 2x4pin and 1x3pin fans off it though...

Edit2: Yes, you'll be able to do 2x4pin connector fans off it

good cause i need a fan spliter to run 2x apache 4 pin fans of the cpu fan header for my water cooling so as long as it will run 2 4 pins from 1 4 pin header i don't care about the 3 pin bit.

But yes i think some false advertising.
