3rd hard drive will not show

i have 2 hard drives already (not in raid) and i connected my 3rd harddrive up and it shows in device manager and bios but not in "My Computer". anybody know how to solve this problem?

If you have a fresh HDD not formated,simply you can use windows instalation cd to make there partition, after this it should be visible for your os. if not check bios setings maybe is disabled there (but it should not be ).

forgot about one thing if this is UDMA HDD make sure to put jumper for cable select.Hope this will help.

Or you can use the DisK Manager in windows (control panel -> administrative tools -> computer management -> disk management)
