If you want to quickly test temps, take a look at Intel Burn Test. Run it on the Maximum preset for 10 runs - that's as hot as your CPU is ever likely to get.
With IBT, I take low/mid 80s to be my cut off point. It's perfectly fine to crank up the clocks as long as it's stable and the temperatures are ok. Your CPU won't be harmed by a lack of volts.

Hard for me to say, as such products are not my forte. You'd see an improvement in load temps, especially as you up the volts, but I don't think it's worth it at all.
The H60's priced at around £60, which is the same area as the NH-D14. The 'D14, although an air cooler, it's far, far better. It keeps up with the H100, to give what I say some more weight.

Yeah the thing about the big air cool heatsinks that scares me though is i'd have to take it off of the processor for every cleaning, then clean and reapply thermal paste, im not sure but i assumed the watercoolers would just be a matter of unscrewing the fan and radiator from the case for a thorough cleaning.

Personally I'd go with the NH-D14 over anything below the H100i, and you don't always need to replace the thermal paste when cleaning the heatsink. It works for me, I cleaned mine a few times so far without removing the thermal paste and it performs exactly the same, even better since the last time I removed it... but that doesn't mean it is something I'd recommend.
Bottom line is that if you want a good water cooling kit get the H100i.

Also, Prime's only been running for two minutes in your screenshot. Run it for half an hour and then report back with temps.
Also, I listed 3 other alternatives to the Noctua which perform closely. Half this forum has the 'D14, with nothing but praise.

1. A half decent cooler (like the h60) will get you into the mid 4ghz clock but to be honest only the h100 is worth money as air coolers (like those Josh mentioned) perform better for the price. Feel free to go for the h60 if it suits your look.
2. We can't tell whether you've won the silicone lottery or not because every chip out there will do 4GHz at stock volts - you need to find the upper limit before we can tell.
3. Start getting concerned when you go above 85C.

Master&Puppet that post was extremely helpful thank you, i was trying to stay under 70c just to be safe cuz i dont know the temp threshholds for these things, gonna check out the guide in ur siggy
Update----- prime 95 shuts down after a minute or two on default voltage @4.4ghz.
update2------- 4.3ghz @ default voltage stopped w/prime 95 around 12 minute mark.
Final verdict: --- Runs stable @ default voltage w/ 4.2ghz after 30 mins of prime 95, also increases my windows experience cpu score from 8.0 to 8.2
Conclusion: Until i get an aftermarket cooler to increase the voltage, this cpu will be running at a conservative 4.1ghz, though 4.2 is possible as well.
