360 rad enough?

Hi there OC'ers

just wondering if you could answer me this.

is a 360 rad enough to cool lets say, an i7 905 and a GTX 570 or 580?

more than enough. IMO...if your case has sufficient air cooling for rest of hardware you should only need a 120-240 rad when installed in correct location. post pic of your case open and looking inside forward at bottom. Better yet look at toms' vid here My link and here My link Both of the 120(first link) and 240(second link) are common location for low needs water cooling. You could even put a 120 instead of the 240 in the second link. (Then again I'm not a WC guru
 
Its probably not enough actually, especially if you overclock the GPU. Ive seen overclocked 480's on 240's hitting 80c.

The Nvidias put out an obscene amount of heat.
