3570k idle temps

cooler: phanteks ph-tc14pe

case: fractal arc midi

2 phanteks 140mm fans in front, 3 fractal 140mm fans in back exhaust, 2 ty-140s on the cooler.

there's nothing even in the case at the moment except for one tiny graphics card, and the hdd cage has been removed. fans are at between 80 to 100%. i kind of thought temps would be fantastic but idle 1600mhz 0.976v (everything auto in bios, this is lowest things get by themselves) 3570k is about 31 degrees, and my room is cooold. people on stock cooling with worse case cooling than me are getting <30. one thing to note is that the coolest core is about 18 degrees, while the hottest is 31. what's up with that o.O

is this all normal?

thanks

once again, dont look at idle tempts but rather the load ones in order to judge the cooling performance, it works like power supplies, the more power it uses the more efficient it becomes.
