212 EVO vs TCP 812

Which is better value for money? I'm not going to do benchmarks but just a small OC to get the most out of games and want to run quite cool. Here are the links for the site I'm going to buy them from.

the evo cools a little bit more when under full load and having the cooler's stock fan (only by 2-3 degrees). If you think you are going with a push-pull configuration get the 212+ which is more cheaper with approximately the same performance. If you think it's worth the money to have 2 degrees less than go for the evo.

Thanks for the reply. The shop I'm buying from doesn't have the 212 plus in Stock so ill have to get the evo anyway.
