I may upgrade my Sandy next year, though it has served me well and still going strong. 2700K at 4.7Ghz. My plan is to upgrade my mobo, memory and CPU.

I'm more interested to see if the next gen games bring better performance for me and my many cores ^_^. I'm also crossing my fingers in the hope that the 280x goes down in price so I can get another.

I want to watercool mine. I have seen build logs where they watercool in a 350D and they look good. So new mobo, memory and CPU and watercooling :)

Edit: A new PSU and braided cables.

Well I mean Maxwell is coming out so that will make all the previous Nvidia cards look like junk

either that or it's going to be a classic nvidia new architecture hellfire start. (probably not since maxwell is supposed to be less power hungry)
i hope to stay clear of upgrades for 2014, i'll wait for the second gen of maxwell cards before i upgrade my 770.

Personally I'm going to hold off on any "Newer" upgrades in 2014 and just get another 780 Ti for SLI and maybe another SSD for Raid 0 :)
Can't see Maxwell being world changing and the newer Intel Core i7 4790K wont exactly be a massive leap from a 4.65GHZ 4770K.

I am happy with what I have at the moment, the only thing I am thinking of doing though is getting rid of my 900D and getting a test bench combined with either a 1080 rad, or a waterchiller with some waterblocks for my 780Ti's.

I know my cpu will do 5.2ghz maybe more for benching, but my current cooling will not cool it hence the potential waterchiller route.

I may even get the waterchiller and the 1080 rad and some quick disconnects and only use the waterchiller for benchmark runs, and use the 1080 for normal day to day use.

Possibly dependent on price as well, I may get a 4K monitor but will have to wait and see.

ill take odds on Dice upgrading ;)

I wont personally upgrade till Haswell-E and Maxwell, might get another SSD but thats hardly an upgrade

If there are games out in 2014 that will make 2 x overclocked 780 Ti's and a 4770k @ 4.65GHz cry for their silicon parents then an upgrade could be in the books, If not then 2015 is the next upgrade choice as it will be a better jump in performance i.e new architecture for CPU and GPU not just a clock increase and DDR4 :)

*EDIT*

I do wish I could get rid of this upgrade bug though, It's getting to be very annoying, 1 minute I'm looking at my rig and I'm very really content and happy with it and the next I'm thinking to myself "Well in a few months time all the new stuff is out and I'll have to buy a new case, Mobo, CPU, GPU, Different/Faster Ram" I know I don't have to buy anything at all but I think it's border line OCD and it's seriously starting to p*** me off.

I have an idea if Dice upgrades he has to give me all the stuff he takes out free, sounds like a fair deal to me ;)

Only if you run into a policeman, Slap him in the face with your johnson, Take off his helmet, Lay a big log in there then shove it back on to his melon all while singing "rollin rollin rollin, Man maa balls are swollin rawhhiiiiiiddee", Then you have a deal lol

I recently upgraded my graphics card, but I may upgrade my motherboard and CPU next year as I've recently been experiencing BIOS and USB port problems.
