2 x 6950 or 2 x gtx 560 Ti

i recommend the 560's mostly because I recently jumped ship from AMD. There is nothing wrong with the cards, but i feel that the drivers are seriously lacking. always had trouble with my ATI drivers and when I slapped the Nvidia card in there, problems cured.

Yeh I've settled with the 560's may even get 570's if I'm allowed the money.
