Go down the nvidia preferences road to try and force it to use all the best settings that you can.
I'd imagine the dev for this game is heavily influenced by the console requirements. They don't figure that you'd use a decent monitor to play games on, rather a tv that will have some crazy 'game-mode' that will mush all the pixels together or something.
Yeah I did and found out that it was the actual game, im currently have my 460s In sli atm, 580s are tucked away for the moment until I get my new case and water block because I decided to put them with water and my CPU with the noctua

Thats unnecessary fella. Don't waste your money on water cooling the 580s, they run cool as it is. Also, no offence, but if you condemned your rig to a repair shop, I wouldn't recommend you tinker with watercooling. Anyone who want's to watercool a computer should have the knowledge to trust themselves to fix a computer's issues. Again, no offence, just had to say it.
depends what happens atm becuase I also dont want to stuff up 1400 hundred dollars woth of cards, as for doing it my self ive already stripped it twice rebent the cpu pins straight and its fine, only reason why I took it for repairs is that I tried evrything i thought of and then it wouldnt start so I went ot the same place that I bought the affected parts from and told them to replacem any defected parts that I got from them. fixed my issues with gpus and just using 460s atm
