Ok so I found this template on another thread so I'm just going to fill it in and if you need to know anything else let me know thanks,

1. What is your budget? £700

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Gaming - BF3/wow

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No

5. Do you need a monitor? [Yes

5a. If yes, what size do you need. [19'/20'/22

6. Do you need any other items. Yes I need a wireless card

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Yes

9. When are you purchasing? [In x days]

Well he has made the effort to fill in a template which is useful dude and in effect there's actually very little variation between builds anyway:

For budget builds this is what I suggest:

CPU- AMD 4100 with dark rock advanced cooler (£120 from aria)

MOBO- msi 990xa-gd55 (£72 from aria)

RAM- corsair vengeance low profile 2x 4gb sticks @ 1600 MHz (£40)

PSU- corsair tx650m (£82)

Storage - 500gb WD caviar blue (£55)

GPU - Vtx3d 7850 (£175)

OS - 64bit win7 home premium (£65)

£609

Then add a monitor (22" Asus or Acer for ~£100) and a basic case for £40.

Best I can do for the mo. It comes in at around £750 but it doesn't really get more stripped down and focussed than that to be honest

yup, looks like with that budget, and needing a monitor etc that you need you may struggle to get what you want for that budget

This can be done no problem.

I5-2500K build with GTX 560ti and everything else needed for a complete system.

nice work, although you've chosen a micro atx case so that board wont fit in that case.

Really nice work in fact, i keep looking over it to think what you've forgot lol

You are right. I was thinking of the MSI Z68MA-G43. I should have paid more attention.

Easy fix. Just pic a midtower case that is under £35. Plenty of cheap cases on the market.

I have to admit I've never seen a 2500k sold that cheaply, isn't that the Aria site? How come I can only see it for £144?

I'd still go for a amd cpu and spend more on the gpu.

PSU for £12.00? WTF...I'm not sure I'd get that

I agree with your opinion on the PSU. The quality and reliability would be a big question for me. If the OP could inclrease the budget by £200 he could build a really nice system.

This is from the Aria site.
