£1k budget Help suggest some builds

Hi I'm in UK.
And I am planning on making a build with a budget of 1000GBP.

Already have monitor, optical drives, sound system, keyboard and mouse

Also I don't want to get the graphics card till I have more money, so ideally need a cpu which also handles graphics.

Any suggestions on solid future proof builds to last me 3-4 years (run games at playable levels 30 fps).

well you can do this with GPU for 1000 notes, you need to answer more questions thought
How many monitors?
are you wanting 3d?
do you photoshop/render?
is size of a case an issue?
Watercooling?

Ideally gaming build eventually, will also use for streaming content to various devices in house which may need decoding as well.
Also will use as server on small scale, server to 5 homes.

No to 3D or watercooling.

I would want the build to handle gta 4 ice enhancer after I put a graphics card into it.
