Advice on i7 6700k/GTX1080 Build

Well this is annoying. I can't get dual channel to work. Pc will only boot with 1 stick of ram in either slot, when I put in 2nd stick it won't even go into bios. Getting c1 errors on mb display. I updated bios , enabled xmp, manually set volts to 1.35 like on sticker (corsair vengeance 2x8 3200mhz lpx ddr4). Motherboard is obviously GB Aorus 7 . Thoughts?

Edit

I did some stress testing with prime95 and OCCT, everything runs smooth on either stick i tested, I tried to do small oc on CPU to 4.6 Ghz, no problems, yet PC will not boot with 2 sticks

Okay update, PC is running, with both ram sticks :D:D even thought I'm sure I did try it few times, eventually swapping to slot 1 and 2 instaed of 1 and 3 like manual says did the trick. I am not exactly sure thought if something is nwrong with MB or CPU afterall, because after I managed to boot PC with all the ram, I did cable management. And after that PC wouldnt start, so I removed cooler, and wiggled CPU a little bit and bam it works again.

Whole thing would be easier if I wouldnt screw one of bolts from block of H110.. It's so tight that when I try to unscrew it, washer on backplate rotates in plastick. Next year TIM refreshment will be fun I guess.. Rookie mistakes :(

That is not running in dual channel and the board has a faulty ram slot. You should return it and get a new replacement if it's within your allotted time.

I did more testing of RAM and MB and it goes as follow:
- 1 single stick (either of them) works in each slot
- 2 sticks work in slot 1 and 2 - so only single channle
- any other combination of slots while using both sticks result in instability - PC will reset continously before going into bios
Tested with original and latest BIOS, tried BIOS switch, safe settings boot, clear CMOS and so on, no results. As far as OC of ram goes, on 1.35V I reached on that 2x8 single channel 3466MHz, I did not push it any further because it would require going much higher with volts and that resulted in high temps during stress testing.

CPU is pretty decent, I initially reached stable 5GHz without any troubles at exactly 1.4V but temps were above 90. For daily use I backed it down to 4.8 GHz at 1.275V, paired with 3466MHz on memory

GTX1080 G1 gave me a little headscratch because I could push memory clock quiet far to around +700 mhz in compare to stock, stable in everything apart from Firestrike GPU test 2. After a little bit of play I ended up with perfectly stable and reasonably quiet +60 MHz on core and +625 on Memory with Boost hoovering around 1920-1980Mhz in Firestrike testing. That makes it 1756MHz GPU clock and over 11200 on memory.
