1600 RAM still at 800Mhz after XMP activated?

Hey there. I'll admit I know next to nothing about this stuff, really need some advice here.

So, I have 4x4 GB Mushkin Radioactive RAM sticks installed. They're running at 800Mhz according to CPU-Z.

I have an AsRock Z77 Extreme4 1155 motherboard. In the UEFI, I have the following DRAM options;

Load XMP Setting (Options: Auto / XMP 1.2 Profile 1. Currently on XMP)
DRAM Frequency (Currently on DDR3-1600)

And then a subset of options 'DRAM Configuration', to change individual timings etc. but I really don't want to start playing with that because I've no idea what I'm doing right now.

Anybody got any advice, help me out here? Am I just being dim?

Nothing to worry about, My ram is 1333mhz but is shown in cpuz as 667mhz, there is a reason but I am to tired to remember

It's fine mate, 800MHz will be shown in CPU-Z because of DDR (Double Data Rate). So 800 x 2 = 1600MHz, simples
