yep there will be clearence issues and why a matx motherboard with a big ass case

but if it was me my rig would look like this

corsair 600t se = £130

i7 2600k = £233

Corsair H100 = £82

Corsair force 120gb = £130

Corsair ax850w psu = £142

8gb G Skill Ripjawsx = £44 x2

24" liyama E2407HDS = £160

Windows 7 Home premium = £72

GA-Z68X-UD3H = £125

msi Gtx 570 = £250

total = £1420

and you have £80 left over for fans or some leds or maybe a hard drive noticed you didnt list one in your spec

There is cheaper and in some ways better ATX mobo's on the market.

If you want to stick with corsair ram go with the low profile version Tom did a review on quite recently. £50 for 8GB is a very good price. Plus they are rated at 1.35V.
