1090t turbo overclock

This was spiking at 1.65v so i couldn't keep it sadly.

I set the bios turbo multi to 18 and look what happened!

It claims that I was running 4.4GHz but I wasn't

yep - do NOT use amd_overdrive for overclocking.... do it PROPERLY in BIOS

He did do it in BIOS

he just monitored it in AOD

which seems to be super buggy.
