1050 Ti hard OC limits?

Just installed my new 1050 Ti (the Zotac OC model, with the twin fans) and I find myself

a) hitting a hard limit of 1911 MHz on the core after the various boosts have been applied - if I try going higher GPU-Z still reports 1911 max, and
b) unable to move the memory clock at all; I use the slider in Firestorm and it just pops back to the default.

I know the core ceiling issue has come up with other 1050 Ti's, but how about the memory? Should I be trying Afterburner to get more out of it?

Yeah I was going to post last night but was too exhausted.. Usually to circumvent things like this you need to void your warranty and stick on a custom bios :)

I'm not messing around in the BIOS, but the fan assembly is coming off - I've got a couple of 80 mm Arctic Silents coming tomorrow that I can run off the board header. My card wasn't breaking 50 C during hours of maxed-out Heaven, so I'll gladly take a 10-15 degree load temp hike if it'll be inaudible!

I'll review this card if there's interest - haven't seen any user reviews yet.
