£1000 First Build

Hi everyone!
I am a first time builder and have about £1000 to build a gaming computer.
What hardware would you recommend for this amount of money?

You can go high end for that.

Look at the following. 3770K, GTX670, AX650/750/850, 16GB RAM, z77 board and a case will be around 1000 I think.

Fair point - OP just make sure you get the NH-D14 which does do socket 1155.

Seems that equals £943 your not gonna have a right lot for a case. Unless you can go £50 or so over your budget.

My case recommendations:

Switch 810
CM Storm trooper/stryker
one of the Corsair C70s

Or you could get a cheaper PSU from Corsair, like one of the HX gold rated PSUs
