1 Rad

Is 1 radiator with a 150 CFM fan enough to cool a 3GHz Q9650 OCed to 4GHz, and if it is, can the chipset run on the same loop. I intend to run dual loop with the graphics card on their own loop.

Im guessing the fan you had in mind was a delta or something? It would be incredibly loud.

I was just going for the most optimized cooling, nothing is set in stone but I was looking at a Scythe Ultra.

I have 7 of this in my setup!!! ( 3 for the rad, 4 for antec 900 )

They are silent (14db ) at the same time pushing 72cfm of air!

that is a lot of money for a single fan,the standard fans in the 900 push 60 cfm anyway

Yeah i agree, but i needed every single CFM while not hearing a thing otherwise those will do just great!

Sorry but I REALLY don't beleive those fan specs.

Send one over to SilentPC or somewhere similar and get them to do some proper testing on them!

Ohum well google ads paid for them but still, i could have spent that on something much better ( seems so stupid now!!! ) .. to be honest i am very happy with the fans however i do wish i would have gone for normal £5 fans and just used my fan controller to turn them way down when i want the PC quiet ...

I am, building and sellings PCs off every day anyway so it wont be much problem for me to change / sell this overtime and make some of the money back!
