Yea, like a lot of other 7970/50 blocks :S
...but it also says they are in stock. So give them a call, they might have a couple left

Specialtech carry them aswell but they are "out of stock".

I use ones that look the same as these but for 7970 i cant find them anymore i think i was lucky and got the nice looking EK ones before that UFO crop circle design came along.

You can't use the FC7950 on the 7970.
