They've gotta do something I spose to keep it at a reasonable level.. If there was no action being taken at all there would probably be a hell of a lot more than there are now.
Plus they have hit a few big ones recently.. Its sending out messages that should any tracker get big enough it wont go unnoticed.
Hmh, can't actually see it as a big loss, I remember using it on a few occations a couple of years ago, but BTjunkie ftw. But then again, it's never good to see the MPAA or RIAA win a case.
I for one will miss this site a lot, but the adverts did get a little too dominant towards the end. Like its been said, there's a plethora of others to choose from
They will never be able to shut down the piracy ring. When one is shut down two more will replace it. Anyway theres a few guys working on a new way of downloading software , films and music which will be harder to detect. The MPAA and RIAA are wasting their time.
