I have a Ryzen 5 3600 running stock and have a Noctua NH-D14 on it as the cooler.
Idle temps are in the mid to high 30's C with room ambient temp on average 23C
Today I decided to convert some video files in AnyVideoConverter
Under the workload of processing the video, I noticed my temps running at 71C to 73C with a room ambient temp of 23C.
Is this a normal temp for this CPU with a D14 on it? I have plenty of airflow in the case.
I ran RyzenMaster and see that the values for PPT and EDC are Redliningat almost max value. Is this normal under a workload of video processing? I am still new to this stuff and do not have a good understanding of these values. Does this look normal or is there any changes in settings I should be making? Pic included below..

I notice in HWiNFO64 one entry that is always red. It is the "Power Reporting Deviation (accuracy)" value. it is always hovering in the 86 to 89% range when I guess it is supposed to be up in the mid-90s? Is this anything to be concerned with?
