Project: Red Carbon (Opinions Wanted)

It will just be an old m-atx case that im going to mod just for fun. It will have red carbon fibre and It will also have red led fans too but its not just going to be a glowing box(hopefully). It will be my first time working with carbon fibre so it should be fun. :D

I think with a bios update it will. A bit like using a ivy chip in a sandy board. Atleast thats how i remebered it.

EDIT: ok scrap all of that. you'll need an am3+ board mate :)
 
Have to admit, in stock form that is one ugly ass case. Have you got a name for your build? With all that red you could call it the "little devil"? Do you have any plans to paint the interior? Or are you going to use vinyl there as well?

I will hopefully be painting the inside black, little devil sounds good :D I might also take the drive cages out and make way for a radiator...

Isnt the carbon worth more than the case?

I do hope you are going to do some serious surgery on the internals of that case?
 
Might it not of been an idea to paint the interior before you applied the carbon?

Looks nice though.:)
 
You could of least taken the sticker off the corner of the side panel before you applied the carbon...its sticks out like a sore thumb.

Im going to put black carbon fibre on the inside and the front will get completely ripped out to make way for a 240mm radiator. It will have an acrylic sheet on the front with a rectangular hole where i can put an mnpctech grill. And i got this case free of charge and i paid £3.95 for the carbon fibre so technically i did pay more for carbon fibre :lol:
