Read more on a body being found an Apple conference room.

The article has been Updated - A police spokesperson has confirmed that the person found dead was an Apple Employee.

Update 2 - Police say that right now there appears to be no criminal element. A Coroner is investigating the time and cause of death. The identity of the male Apple employee will be revealed after further investigation and after the family has been notified.

^Why ignore the possibility that the man was already suffering from a serious physical illness but wanted to work? Or just had a random heart attack? A hemorrhage? Could be anything.

People die at workplaces all the time, whether natural causes or otherwise. I don't know why it needs to be news unless it was a suspicious death or murder enquiry.

It's hard enough for the friends, families and colleagues as it is.

Agreed tbh. But obviously now it's news cause Apple.

This.

Its hardly news. The first thing about Apple and its not about the ongoing hacking situation with the FBI (which is quite important, even for us Android users) its about some poor b*gger (allegedly) committing suicide in a boardroom.
GG.

Didnt the DOJ already stop forcing Apples hand? If anything Apple supposedly is going to help with a missing persons case in AU.

Not that it makes me think any better of Apple or anything.

I don't think highly of Apple or anyone who makes a mobile tbh. They're all awful in their own unique ways.

They'll have to start trying to force them again as the iPhone they paid someone to break into was out of date and an older model too.

Unless this was a murder investigation, then it should be big news. But since it's more than likely not, it shouldn't be a headline tbh. People die all the time, an unfortunate side effect of life.

Probably found a note that reads "How did I know these would bend when people sat on them? IT'S ALL MY FAULT". A serious statement though. Apple PR must be going berserk today....
