i was sticking with a DFI LAN PARTY P35 board,until i read and obviously saw its not SLI compatible....so now im after a mobo that could overclock highly and is well recommended il be running a q9550 with 2x XFX9800gtx's, ddr2- 4 gb 8500 of crucial ballistix tracers,il jump to ddr3 if need...

okay well,pc was running nice and stable at 3.1ghz,so i decide to push it to 3.3 ghz boost the voltage upto 1.40 volts,boost the ram volts upto 2.0 and then the comp freezes at bios,so i hit the reset cmos button numerous times...and it keeps freezing at the bios screen,so i take the battery out...

just curious to what aftermarket CPU cooler i should get for these old 939 sockets,its one of my 5 old PC's iv got running...so i thought i might do abit of O.C im running a a8v deluxe at 2.2ghz stock, and at Most have only got it upto 2.5 ghz, ran a prime95 stress test, it lasted 45 minutes...

well my asus striker hasnt been giving me much headachez,but is it worthy of a bios flash to a newer version, or should i just leave it as is,secondly what is so important about a bios flashing, do new updates fix errors etc off the current board. cheers.
