If you're in the mood for the very best GPU around, and want one that plugs into your waterloop without voiding your warranty, Zotac have the very thing.
I'm actually kinda disappointed it didn't perform as well as you would think. Plenty of graphs where it wasn't leading and behind even air cooled cards
My last 2 pairs of GPUs were Zotac, so I have become a fan. Here in Canada, they're the best bang for the buck GPUs you could buy when I bought mine. They react VERY well to water too (as do most cards). Probably not the highest OCs in the world, but they run cool. My 1080TIs only hit 45C in the worst conditions. If I let them run with stock boost, they run even cooler.
