I don't understand why you mentioned the 1070Ti beating the 1080 in your conclusion when it's clear drivers are at play. Look at Hitman for instance. It's absurd that the AMP! Extreme 1070Ti can beat the 1080 Strix by around 7%. Seriously, take one of your non-reference GTX 1080's (maybe if you still have the 1080 Strix, or even use your own 1080), benchmark it with new drivers and put it up against this 1070Ti. If the 1070Ti still beats the 1080, then your graphs and reviews are accurate. If it doesn't, your graphs are wrong and your conclusion is wrong and you are giving your viewers the wrong impression. That's not acceptable in my books. But that's just me.

That aside (I agree with you BTW, once drivers change everything does need re-benching) Are you watching XFX? are you wat-ching etc.

I've said this before so I'm going to sound an angry soccermom, but nothing was done about it. I wouldn't have minded much if it wasn't mentioned in the conclusion, but TTL actually said, "Its ability to trump the GTX 1080 on a regular basis has to be something to make everyone sit up and take notice." You're right. It makes people sit up and notice, but not for the reasons he's suggesting. That's not cool. Sorry, but I don't trust these reviews. Prove me wrong.
We are overclocking the 1070 Ti's because Nvidia wont let the vendors do it - the 1080's we didnt - its weird but its just our way of showing our dislike to Nvidia because they wont let the vendors sell overclocked cards

Based on other Zotac AMP! Extreme cards it's going to have very quiet fan profiles, but might be ever-so-slightly louder than alternatives as Zotac have generally been more about performance than silence. Coil whine is completely dependent on each person's system. TTL could have no coil whine, but you could buy the same card and get terrible coil whine.
