Your opinions on radiators and fans

The best radiator in there is the RS360. It works best with low speed fans, by the way.

Now, as far as tubing and barbs go, you'll want 1/2" barbs on everything, and 1/2" ID (Inner Diameter) tubing. If you want to run clampless, get 7/16" ID tubing.

Fans: I'd get the Yate Loon Low Speed fans, they're great for radiators like that, and provide plenty of static pressure.

Thats wrong. Simple as. Even the RX needs faster fans than a thermochill.

The Swifty will cool better than the RS XSPC rad matey. But both need decent fans.

I didn't see that there has been a Swiftech radiator mentioned, I only read the OP, sorry.

As for the fans thing, I'm pretty sure that the RX series work best with higher speed fans, as they have a higher fin density, and they're a lot thicker, therefore need more air/static pressure to push through the fins, no?

And I said that the RS series works better with low speed fans, because higher speed fans aren't really needed on it. Although, static pressure is what matters, I guess. But using fans with more CFM/static pressure will have diminishing returns on a rad like that.

I'm no expert, so excuse me if I'm wrong. :p

This may seem like an odd question but with watercooling systems are the O-rings re-usable? i.e. if I open up my pump and CPU block to clean them will I need to replace the O-ring seals?

The reason I ask is my main experience in water systems comes from advice from my grandfather who used to be a plumber/electrician and his recommendation was to always replace the O-ring when disconnecting a joint as you couldn't guarantee it would form a full seal again. Obviously I want to make sure the seal is as good as possible in this case :D

New parts arrived today, I'll let you know how much better the new parts are than Tt :)
