How will this perform?? Room temperatures always 29 degrees celsius in the day and i want a mild OC of 4ghz.

Very well. Cant give an exact temperature, but you can push the 3570k's to about 4.6ghz on watercooling without temperatures being any kind of an issue.

All chips are different, so no one can tell you how it will perform but it will be enough for that CPU, even when overclocked.

well i dont really care for all that speed because it make no difference in gaming. 4ghz is more than enough. i only see a 2~3 fps improvement in games. i don't do video editing at all either. So less heat the better.

Can someone post a link for me to see where i can see a guide for overclocking ivy bridge? I am using the gigabyte UD3H and a noctua cooler at the moment. This is my fist time with an intel processor.

saw it. Wasn't that helpful because i know how to OC just don't know about the fine tuning.

fine tuning is over-clocking. use a search engine it is easier.

i used "ivy bridge overclocking guide" in google and got lots of material.

using a water-cooling kit on a 4GHz over-clock, cool.. on an ambient 29° and

1.15-1.29v vcore load can range from 42°-65°. its a bit overkill, but easily done.

you might want to consider staying on air cooling for 5°-8°. since you are not

for more clock speed.

i know i should stay air cooling. I want to but where i am from it gets really hot everyday. All the time. I have a noctua NH-D14 and it can bearly keep my phenom II x4 cool. i gets to 58 degrees celsius while gaming. my Gpu is a 6870 twin frozr II and it gets at 80 degrees playing bf3. With my ac on temps will drop to 70's.

then clock down the vcore..what you would lose is minimal in performance. at

lest unbtil the A/C is turned on, then clock 'er back-up..

its what i do to keep equipment inside the case. especailly at 30°+ ambient.
