XIGMATEK Dark Knight II: any good?

Is this any good? I'm looking for something quiet for my prodigy/asrock z77e itx build. will be oc'ing to about 4.5, maybe higher in future. it looks great with that black ceramic finish, and costs half as much as the noctua 14/phanteks tcpe14, a little bit more than the evo 212, a lot less than water cooling. thoughts?

i don't know myself but here is a review of it OC'ed to 4.4 on a test bench temps seem quite high imo for a test bench setup but the price is very good

It seems to be pretty solid. Not a D14 killer but I dont think its meant to be. Worth a shot if it fits and you dont need extreme cooling.
